摘要

A novel reactive polymer containing fluorine, phosphorus and nitrogen was synthesized.The as designed PFNP was introduced into epoxy resins with certain mass fractions to get PFNP/EP composites.Thermal stability of epoxy resins were improved.The LOI of EP-4 was increased from 26.7% to 36.4%, and the UL-94 grade of EP-2 can reached to V-0 grade.The introduction of fluorine reduced surface energy and dielectric constants of epoxy resins.
