The Methods of Business Model Innovation in Fujian SMEs

The business model plays a very critical role in company value creation,and draws increased academic attentions.SMEs have been actively in the business model innovation.Based on Fujian SMEs,the paper summarized five business innovation models which are;niech demand mining;resource seeking5 broker marketing buyout;network virtual operation and integrating service profit chain,all the models are further illustrated with cases respectively.This research offers an important reference which guide can the innovation practice in the SMEs.
