Abrasive and extrusion processing in manufacture of details for the microwave devices

摘要

Technological process finishing of the microwave devices details and industrial equipment details with technique in operation of abrasive and extraction processing (AEP) is developed. The method can be applied to quality improvement of the widest class of details surfaces.
