A Method of Converting Wants Chain Analysis to System Dynamics for Evaluation of Business Models

Wants Chain Analysis (WCA) is a useful tool for business design with an emphasis on linking stakeholders' needs. However, the analysis of the problem may be inadequate as quantitative items of scale are not taken into consideration, even considering the type of needs or wants. If you can convert WCA to system dynamics, you can solve the WCA problem and be able to evaluate whether the business model is actually valid at a design stage. In this research, by developing a method to convert the WCA model to the system dynamics model, we can simulate the business model quickly, make the iteration of the development process easier, and use it for agile development and lean start-up.
