摘要

Knowledge work productivity is the biggest challenge in the 21st century. But until now, there is still no effective way to define knowledge work, the basic problem of knowledge work productivity. Through the analysis of typical jobs in enterprises, the author intends to work on the knowledge work and discusses the measurement of knowledge content of jobs. For this purpose, the author sets up an analytical model of jobs’ knowledge characteristics, and abstracts an effetive index system to token the knowledge content. From the result of statistics we can see it is effective and provides us a method and standard to define knowledge work.
