摘要

The AC servo motor control system based on traditional single chip microcomputer exists the following problems: slow processing speed, poor real-timing and low integration, etc. In order to resolve above problems, a position, speed and torque control scheme of the AC servo motor based on the STM32F103ZET6 micro-controller is proposed. The system structure and principle has been introduced in this paper. Control structure of servo driver has been described in detail. Software and hardware design of the control system, settings of debug parameters and control charts of the servo motor are completed. Human-machine interface (HMI) is designed by the LabVIEW graphical programming language. It has strong interactions, a friendly interface, and convenient operations. Through experimental test and analysis, the control system achieved good static precision and dynamic performance, and satisfied the control requirements of servo motor control system and can realize the accurate location and speed control of the AC servo motor well.
