Research and Application of Process-Centered Multi- Management Elements Fusion Technology

摘要

As organizations pay more and more attention to business process management, many of them have started business process management work and formed a valuable business process model library. However, due to different identification scope of process-related management elements and different degree of structuralization of the management elements, the quality of the business process model library is not high enough to function effectively. This paper studies the process- centered multi-management elements fusion technology. By constructing structured management element models and process models, it helps organizations to form a high-quality business process model library of "one-time modeling, overall correlation, and multi-perspective presentation ".
