Results of studying the behavior of mixes of paraffin with various additives in the conditions of intensive blowing at pressure of 10 atm by hot air with temperature 470 - 500 K are presented in this work. In experiments, 10% by mass additives of stearic acid, Alex nanoaluminum, aluminum hydride, boron and mechanoactivated AlB_2 were used. Experiments were performed using the samples of cylindrical form with the central channel. By means of the microwave gauge of original design the diameter of a sample bore was measured during the experiment in real time with subsequent calculation of regression rate. In addition the measurements of a temperature profile in the condensed phase were taken. The estimation of surface temperature using energy balance was made.
