摘要

In present paper the questions of efficiency of the electric energy storage systems use in traction power supply systems of railway transport are being considered. Development of storage systems is characterized by increase of capacity and power intensity and satisfies the conditions of use with electric traction load. The conditions of work of the electric energy storage systems are determined by modes' adjustment which influences the system parameters requirements and the efficiency of their use. By the example of one of the areas the bandwidth of an area with goods traffic dominance influence of the electric energy storage system was considered. Influence of inclusion voltage on train-to-train interval and influence of storage units' current on voltage level on current collector of the electric rolling stock is demonstrated. The main parameters of storage systems which are necessitated are presented for questions decision about improvement of indices of the traction power supply operation with the purpose of liquidation of limitative inter-substations zones.
