The majority of applicants do not know which university and specialty to choose. And graduates without experience do not understand how to look for work. According to the data of Rabota.ru, more than 60% of Russian young specialists don't practice their profession. Today, business is ready to invest in education, and this is not only a pragmatic problem of staffing, but also a social responsibility. There is a large set of tools for interaction between business and the education system. It includes a joint design of educational programs, targeted training of specialists according to requests of companies, participation of business in endowment funds of universities, involvement of skilled workers in the realization of educational programs. Implemented activities will not only reduce the unemployment rate in the regions, but also contribute to the development of the country's economy as a whole.
