Transmission characteristics of crossing slot-waveguides with finite core-height

摘要

We investigate transmission characteristics of two types of crossing slot-waveguides using three-dimensional finite element method, a direct crossing and a crossing with filled slots. Results show that three-dimensional analysis considering the finite core-height is indispensable.
