Monitoring and Remote Access to Traction Network Terminals

The article proposes an innovative digital connection system of terminal to a traction substation computer and power dispatcher via remote access system that allows to observe and operate the In-Ter device. The power dispatcher or technical department engineer can observe the terminal In-Ter in real operation mode. This allows changing the protection terminal setpoints quickly, analyzing the line loads, emergency current, setpoints correspondence in the technical department in order to reduce protection false responses.
