Generalized potential complexity of nanostructures that can be achieved in the synthesis of nanostructures technology "bottom-up" of nanoelements under the action of various kinds of interference and restrictions is studied in this clause. The values of the potential complexity of the generalized nanostructures, which can be synthesized under the conditions of unlimited plurality of nanostructures at different parameters organizing factors and interference have been found.
