Wind energy conversion systems are widely considered as the emerging solutions for green technology in the field of generation because of their user and eco-friendly interface. The research deals with modelling, simulation and regulation of a grid integrated wind systems using doubly fed induction generator. Major concern in grid connected power systems is regarding the power quality measurements and behaviour of switching operation. To overcome these constraints active/reactive power control and the control of DC-link voltages are carried out at variable speeds with the help of back-to-back converters. In this work we present an interface which integrates multiple AI and signal processing techniques for controlling the DC link voltage. We demonstrate the thought process, simulation, final software interface and test results to confirm its effectiveness.
