Securing an US$ 2.8B Digital Asset - The movie - Avatar

In February 2009, the mission to protect one of Twentieth Century Fox's (Fox) films, US$237 million dollar investment, was issued to our team. The film, Avatar, is slated to "change the film industry"; the technology used for this project has been called "revolutionary". The aspirations of Jim Cameron (writer, director, and creator) and the Fox executives are this film will change the movie viewing experience; movies will never be created or viewed the same again. In the presentation, we will review the business and security risks, the processes, and technologies used to mitigate these risks, and the lesson learned, as Avatar is now is an all-time box office grossing movie with US $2.8 billion in revenue.
