With the increase of signal transmission rate, the problem of signal integrity of the system becomes more and more serious. Aiming at ensuring the signal integrity of high-speed serial interface in a signal system, the influence of impedance discontinuities such as via and coupling capacitance surface mount (SMT) pad in the signal transmission link is analyzed, modeled and optimized. Then, extract S parameters through HFSS and carry out the simulation by Keysight ADS to carry out high-speed signal transmission link of the system modeling and joint simulation. Eventually, according to the simulation results of the optimized design, guide each module to design printed circuit board (PCB), and successfully realize the 10Gbps communication rate high-speed serial communication system based on GTY transceiver with testing the actual system.
