The centralization of system control and programmability combined with arrange virtualization brings about expanded effectiveness and adaptability with routine organization exercises and even real system configuration changes. This examination endeavours to investigate the potential outcomes of Software Defined Network (SDN). For this reason we have outlined a novel test bed which can be utilized to execute and measure exhibitions and highlights of a wide range of sorts of SDN controllers. The paper gives a past filled with the advancement of SDN including the driving variables and the effect SDN is having on the present undertaking systems. This is trailed by an outline and dialog of the SDN controller Open Contrail, a cloud based stage that incorporates the key ideas of system virtualization, programmability, robotization, and examination.
