摘要

This paper attempts to propose an optimal solution to the Combined Dynamic Economic and Emission Dispatch (CDEED) problem including wind and photovoltaic power systems considering the environmental benefits. The optimal dispatch modeling problem was formulated using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The PSO tool was used for solving the nonlinear programming problem. The proposed appraoch easily takes into account different compromise between the dynamic fuel cost dispatch with the valve-point effect and the emission gas exhaust subject at two different case of participation of both photovoltaic and wind units. Simulations were performed firstly over three units power system, then various scenarios are also performed using the IEEE 13 units test system. The obtained results confirm the robustness and validity of the proposed methodology through a comparative study over other published approaches.
