Test of nonuniform FFT errors with Gaussian pulses

An accuracy factor incorporated in the nonuniform fast Fourier transform (NUFFT) algorithm is tested with symmetric and asymmetric narrow-width Gaussian pulses. Two measures of calculation errors, E2 and E∞, are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the accuracy factor.
