The stator core of the motor is laminated by several thin silicon steel sheets with a certain stacking coefficient. A High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) Motor studied in this paper will split and dislocate the silicon steel sheet while being laminated. This paper considers the lamination and coupling of silicon steel sheets during finite element modeling, and studies the effects of the staggered lamination of silicon steel sheets and different coupling percentages on the natural frequency of the stator core mode through simulation analysis. The results show that the 1/2 stacking has a greater influence on the natural frequency of the core mode, and as the coupling percentage increases, the frequency of each order mode also increases accordingly.
