This paper presents a newly devised single resistance controlled sinusoidal oscillator (SRCO) using two current feedback operational amplifiers (CFOAs), four resistors and two capacitors (grounded/virtually grounded). The proposed oscillator has independent control of condition of oscillation (CO) and frequency of oscillation (FO). The circuit also realizes low pass filter (LPF) and band pass filter (BPF) simultaneously from same topology. The validity of circuit has been carried out using PSPICE simulation. The simulated results are in close agreement with the theoretical results.
