In this paper, three kinds of SIW 2×2 slot array antennas excited by TE_(20) mode are designed and analyzed. According to the field of 2 × 2 point sources array and the characteristics of TE_(20) mode in SIW, the slots are positioned properly to obtain proper radiation. Then, stimulated by a power divider with 180° phase shifter, SIW slot array antennas excited by TE_(20) mode are simulated. The results indicate that all have good directivity and the radiation performance declines as the angle between slots and center line of SIW increases.
