Electromagnetic Parameters Measurement of Magnetic Thin Film Materials

摘要

This paper introduced a short-circuit microstrip line test system, which can be used to measure the electromagnetic parameters of magnetic thin films. Compared to previous test systems, the new testing system not only increases the operate bandwidth, but also improves the stability and accuracy when the samples are tested.
