Modifications occuring in absorption and fluorescent properties of 7- diethylaminophenoxazinon-3 (I) and its fluorosubstituted analog (II) by additions of ethanol, propanol, butanol, isobutanol into nonpolar solvents (such as toluene) have been studied. Using methods developed in quantum chemistry both radiative and nonradiative relaxation constants of the electron excitation energy as well as proton accepting ability of C $EQ O group in molecules I and II were estimated.
