Offshore multi-platform integrated energy system (IES) is multi-energy coupling oriented to meet the various load needs of users for power, gas, cold and heat. Firstly, the basic structure of offshore multi-platform IES is analyzed and divided into five links: energy coupling, transmission, conversion, consumption and storage. Focusing on the five evaluation criteria of economy, efficiency, safety, flexibility and adaptability, more micro-indicators are proposed for IES evaluation, and the definition and evaluation standard of each index are elaborated in detail. Furthermore, the index value is standardized and the index weight is determined by the improved analytic hierarchy processentropy weight method, by which IES can be evaluated. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation indices and assessment methods are verified in practical cases.
