In order to deal with the challenge of the combat readiness material reserve raised by the need of combat, this paper brings forward the concept of the source allocation management of combat readiness material reserve supply chain, analyzes and explores the source allocation management of combat readiness material reserve supply chain from the concept, function, target, constitute, system, implementation, and so on, and also proposes some suggestions on the practice of allocation management, which can provide theory guidance for optimizing the system of combat readiness material reserve.
