Simulation Research of the Suppressing Performance of Mist to Fire in Ship Engine Room

摘要

Except of fixed fighting system, the mist fire fighting system should be set in type A engine room. In this paper, with the numeric simulation technology, it have been analyzed that mist fire fighting mechanism. It also be analyzed that some influence factors to mist fire fighting performance, such as mist characteristic, sprinkle lay, block etc. The results of this paper can be used for the design of ship engine room mist system.
