Nanoparticle formulation of anticancer drugs has became an important research area in cancer therapy, which can provide a way of controlled, sustained and targeted drug delivery to improve the therapeutic effects of the formulated drugs. In this research, influence of surface modifications on the physicochemical characteristics of the nanoparticles has been studied. It was clarified that the variation of the coating percentage of didodecyldimethyl ammonium bromide (DMAB) affected the physicochemical properties of the nanoparticles.
