Tumor homing peptide-conjugated low molecular weight heparin derivative as angiogenesis inhibitor

摘要

A novel angiogenesis inhibitor was developed based on the conjugation of tumor homing peptide into low molecular heparin derivative. Tumor homing peptideconjugated low molecular weight heparin showed a significant tumor growth inhibition potential and delayed tumor growth in MDA-MB231 human breast cancer cell compared to low molecular weight heparin without tumor homing peptide.
