摘要

The purpose of this study was the he investigation of PEG molecular weight effect on the biological and physicochemical characteristics of PEG-TRAIL. For this opt optimization, PEG (Mw 2, 5, imization, 10 and 20 kDa) -modified TRAIL at its N-terminal amine were prepared. Then, physicochemical properties, biological activity and stability of PEG PEG- TRAIL derivatives were investigated.
