The purpose of this study was thehe investigation of PEG molecular weight effect on thebiological and physicochemical characteristics ofPEG-TRAIL. For this opt optimization, PEG (Mw 2, 5,imization, 10 and 20 kDa) -modified TRAIL at its N-terminalamine were prepared. Then, physicochemicalproperties, biological activity and stability of PEG PEG-TRAIL derivatives were investigated.
