摘要

The adoption of E-commerce technology in small and medium sized enterprises has been more difficulty than in large enterprise all over the world. Based on the technology acceptance model, this paper demonstrates the determinants in SME's E-commerce adoption in China. It analyzed the barriers in Chinese SMEs IT adoption. At the end, the paper concludes the solutions are: educate SME owners, government offer financial, policy and technical support, etc.
