Study of Reverse Logistics Decision-making Model with Analytic Hierarchy Process

Based on the introduction of the concept and application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper proposed implementing the evaluation index system of the mode and multi-objective evaluating model in enterprise's reverse logistics, we set up hierarchical architecture and calculate synthetic weight at first. Combine the instance and prove the validity of implementing the mode of the reverse logistics in model finally.
