Evaluation of the Efficiency of Order-processing in Supply Chain Management

摘要

Order-processing is involved in every procedure of supply chain management (SCM) and its efficiency reflects that of SCM to a large extent. The major focus of this paper is the evaluation of the efficiency of order-processing. In order to increase the accuracy, traffic intensity and fuzzy decisions are introduced into the evaluation. Moreover, both core enterprise add custemors are considered. Besides these, an example is provided in the paper to illustrate the application of the evaluation.
