摘要

With the development of E-commerce websites in recent years, demand for high quality of E-commerce website service has increased. Based on investigation of some enterprise E-commerce websites and research into the difference between two kinds of E-commerce websites, we found the problems that existed in enterprise E-commerce websites. Consequently, this paper proposes using a visitor-centered KM on E-commerce websites in order to change the situation. The visitor-centered KM construction is discussed and needs to be integrated with the E-commerce process. The integration can make the E-commerce process efficient and effective. Just as KM can support employee activities, visitor-centered KM can also greatly increase the E-commerce website service and attract more visitors. It can help enterprise to attract more visitors and keep them spending more time on E-commerce websites.
