Performance characteristics of a new water-atomized prealloyed

A new prealloy material containing 0.50 w/o Mowas introduced recently. This medium hardenability materialcan be admixed with a variety of alloying ingredients to producesuperior tensile properties. Results of ad mixing this prealloyedpowder with nickel, copper, manganese, and graphite will bepresented. In addition, quench and temper properties will also be discussed.
