Wearables, smart and hybrid systems integrated e.g. with textiles, offer an unobtrusive method for continuous monitoring of physiological parameters during individual activities. The identification of specific ions or molecule species in body fluids and the detection of relevant electrolyte concentrations become more and more popular [1-3]. Analysis of specific biomarkers in sweat in comparison to blood offers many advantages, e.g. non-invasiveness, disposability, significant data acquisition of vital signals without medical labs, and consequently user-friendliness. The correlation and combination of cardiovascular signals and ingredients of body sweat improve the assessment of the body status in sports performance diagnostics. The ammonia content in sweat is known as a key parameter for the detection of muscular overstrains [4]. The production of ammonia is directly related to metabolic degradation of proteins in the muscles [5].
