摘要

This paper aims to design a wirelessly controlled surveillance vehicle equipped with a wireless camera to obtain real-time audiovisual feedback. The design of this work includes two transmitters and one receiver working on radio communication. The hardware incorporated is designed and developed using Fritzing and Arduino respectively. Its main feature is that the camera used to capture real-time audio and video is movable and can turn in different directions in synchronization with the movements of the head of the human operator. The motion of the vehicle and camera can be controlled by a human operator from a distance of nearly 1 km in open space. The user has to wear a Virtual Reality headset with an android smartphone in it to get audiovisual information. The latency of the transmission is kept as minimum as possible.
