Clincal Observation of the Elimination of Polyps of Vocal Cords by Microsurgery Technique

摘要

Objective:To find the best way of treatment in polyps of vocal cord through observing the effectiveness of micro-wound technique in eighty-six cases with polyps of vocal cord.Methods:Eighty-six cases with polyps of vocal cord were divided imo two groups stochasticly.The microflap technique and traditional clamp-cut technique were carried out separately and the effects were observed and had a statistics analyses.Conclusion:Micro-wound technique can not only eliminate the polyps of vocal cord,but also keep the integrality of the mucosa completely.
