Various repair methods and materials for damaged reinforced concrete beams are available and has been used. But few experimental study has been done to verify the actual strengthening effect of the repair. The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the flexural fatigue behavior of the reinforced concrete beams repaired with concrete-polymer composites. The repair material used in this study includes the polymer composites and polymer cement composite. Twenty four reinforced concrete beams are tested under static and dynamic load by three-point bending. Test results show that the polymer composites are more effective in interfacial bonding than polymer cement composites. Under the lower stress level, all specimens except the ones repaired with polyester show silmilar behavior to the control beams. Whereas at the higer stress level, specimens repaired with the polymer cement composites show similar trends. It is shown that the fatigue life of the repaired beams for one million numbers of cycle calculated from the S-N curves varies form 55 to 64 percent of the static strength.
