ESBWR Operator Training Program - Standardization and Collaboration

The ESBWR Operator Training Program development is an integral part of the ESBWR Human Factors Engineering (HFE) process. Using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and the guidance of NUREG-0711, Rev.2, "Human Factors Engineering Review Model," plans are to develop standardized Operating Procedures and a Operator Training Program to support NRC licensing of Operators prior to fuel load and commercial operations around the middle of the next decade.
