Optimization of the Design Parameters of the Structured Packing for Jet Coflow Packing Tray

摘要

A method of optimizing the design parameters of the structured packing for Jet Coflow Packing Tray is presented in this paepr. The results of optimization are that inclination of the corrugation phi is about 26 deg in turbulent flow. A specific depth and apex angle phi of the corrugation is chosen in terms of different industrial applications. In addition, the method is equally applicable to the horizontal or upward vertical case.
