NiO/γ -Al2O3 adsorbent was prepared by wet impregnated method. Reactive adsorption desulfurization of FCC gasoline was conducted in a fixed-bed reactor. The sulfur concentration of feedstock was about 450ng/μ L. The influence of reaction temperature and the loading content of NiO on the desulfurization of gasoline were investigated. XRD, nitrogen adsorption techniques were used to characterize the adsorbents and GC-FPD was used to analyze the composition of gasoline before and after reaction. X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that NiO was supported on the surface of γ -Al2O3. The results showed that the maximum desulfurize efficiency appeared when NiO content reached 16%. The total sulfur adsorption capacity of 16%NiO/γ-Al2O3 was 1.9487mg/g, and for 16%Ni/γ-Al2O3, the value was 3.5821mg/g.
