Study on Preparation of Magnetic Polymer Microspheres: Preparation and Characterization of Magnetic Polymer Microspheres containing -CHO groups

摘要

The composite magnetic polymer microspheres usually contain two parts: the magnetic core and the polymer shell. The polymer shell ,always having active goups.can covalently binding or-gaic molecules、biomolecules,cells etc,so the microspheres are widely used in biochemical and biomedical fields. There are two ways to prepare these magnetic polymer microspheres. In the past research, we have prepared magnetic polymer microspheres containing hydroxyl groups and used it as carriers of immobilization of Neutral Protease.
