摘要

A theoretical framework for modeling of metallurgical processes and software package allows to create highly accurate models of steel-making units were developed.On this basis,APCS for main steel-making units were created.The advantages of these systems are caused by the use of physico-chemical models of steel-making processes and the fundamental laws and constants.Experience in industrial exploitation of designed systems confirmed the high accuracy of performed calculations and the adequacy of the system-generated solutions.Implementation of the developed APCS has reduced the cost of materials and energy resources,has stabilized technological processes,and has improved the quality of melted metal.
