A series of energy conservation and consumption reduction technologies have been adopted by Baosteel No.1 Blast Furnace,such as dry type bag filter cleaning technology,top pressure recovery turbine equipment(TRT) and hot stove residual heat recovery technology.These technologies are the foundation of energy conservation and consumption reduction.Many methods of the BF operation reduce carbonaceous fuel and energy consumption,much solid waste and secondary energy sources are reused and recycled.No.1 Blast furnace has reached the goal of low-carbon production and reducing CO2 emission.
