摘要

Integrated information of the networks of interacting proteins help us to classify, verify and find the functions of genes in genomics data. So there are various methods to retrieve protein interaction network of bulky and various form. This paper proposed a concept-based retrieval model with gene ontology concept that has class structure of is-a, part-of relation. Also, this paper proposed extended query retrieval model about user query by applying Boolean operators such as AND, OR about gene ontology. A concept-based retrieval model of protein interaction networks with gene ontology to propose in this paper could retrieve effectively information that agree to user's intention and meaning via concept-based query process that is not correctness agreement retrieval. Specially, this model can get the retrieval result list of nearest order in user's intention through extended facet query retrieval method.
