An On-line Monitoring for Grounding Resistance Based on a Hybrid Simulated Annealing Algorithm

摘要

In order to improve the monitoring accuracy of grounding resistance measurement method, this paper proposes a novel on-line monitoring method for grounding resistance based on a hybrid simulated annealing. The simulation results show that this new method can effectively reduce the measuring time and improve the measurement accuracy.
