Hotel buildings are densely crowded, fire-fighting facilities are weak and prone to fire. In order to better evacuate people in the event of a fire, reduce the casualties caused by the fire. This paper uses computer simulation technology and takes a four-story hotel as the research object, choose a fire scene where only the fired room opens the window and compares and analyzes the results of FDS and Pathfinder simulations and makes safety judgments. The results show that in this situation, the evacuation time required for the people in the building is longer than the available evacuation time, and the evacuation cannot be completed, which has a certain guiding role for fire fighting operations.
