In order to improve the information sharing and connectivity of Space-based Information Networks, satellite laser communication has become the preferred communication mode of the next generation space transmission network. Besides, which is also an important direction of future satellite research, and it has become a key technology for the construction of large-capacity data relay satellite system. In this paper, based on Erlang relay theory, the relay capability of GEO three-satellite structure relay satellite system with laser links and large longitude interval is simulated and analyzed, and resource scheduling algorithm and LEO constellation supplement are proposed to improve the relay performance of the system.
